100 Club of Illinois Frontline Convention
The 100 Club of Illinois is excited to bring back Frontline Convention, held March 18-19, in Oak Brook, IL. Frontline Convention is the only statewide wellness conference combining law enforcement and fire service to provide solutions in achieving peak performance both on and off shift through access to qualified, vetted, culturally competent resources. Frontline Convention brings together two days of renowned keynote speakers, engaging workshop sessions, networking opportunities, and more than 25 resource tables focused on mental health and wellness for law enforcement, firefighters, EMT/EMS, and dispatch. Previous conferences covered topics included critical incident response, building safety and wellness programs, peer support, department culture and wellness programs, first responder suicide prevention, spiritual health, K9 Therapy programs, and developing strong first responder families. This year’s event will address these and other critical topics to support wellness and resiliency. Attendees will learn how to implement practical steps both personally and within their agency surrounding human performance and mental health.
